A blend of Merlot, Tai Rosso and some Cabernet Sauvignon co-fermented on the skins for less than a week in steel. Bright red in the glass with a fragrant and floral nose, this wine surprised us with its versatility thanks to fine grained tannins and salivating saltiness.
