Pinot Noir from 2019 vintage, whole bunch pressed and aged in barrique before being blended with twenty percent of reserve wine and bottled for eighteen months on the lees. The complexity brought by the generous addition of reserve wine results in an exciting sparkling wine we find difficult to compare. A touch of volatile on the nose, creamy bubbles and a multi-dimensional finish. No sulphur. Disgorged in January 2022. Zero dosage.
