Blend of Vespaiola from three different plots planted on the volcanic hills of Breganze, Sarcedo and Zugliano. The grapes fermented for around forty-eight hours on the skins before being pressed in a mix of stainless steel and fibreglass. A tense and textural white wine, bursting with bright minerals and compelling notes of yellow flowers and ripe fruits, savoury herbs and oriental spices. A true masterpiece from Marco.
