Pinot Noir sourced from a single plot facing northeast over basalt and clay. The grapes undergo ten days of maceration with the skins and some stem in fibreglass. At the end of winter, Marco transferred the wine to an old barrique until bottling in June. The result is a stunning example of volcanic Pinot Noir, with a soft texture balanced by firm tannins and bright minerality. In the glass, it's singing with aromas of wild berries, blood orange and liquorice, followed by gentle spices and a touch of smoke.
