This edition of Lucifer is Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from the plot on the hills of San Giorgio di Perlena, with twenty percent of Vespaiola from Zugliano. Ten days on the skins for the reds with ten percent of whole bunches, a couple of days on the skins for the Vespaiola. The wines aged in stainless steel for eight months before bottling. A lively red, smoky and sanguine, with scents of blueberries, pomegranate and beetroots. The dry summer lands a good structure and depth while the Vespaiola brings a restoring mineral length.
