Trebbiano d'Abruzzo from young and old vines planted around two hundred meters above sea level. The grapes are pressed as whole bunches and fermented in a mix of barrel and stainless steel, before being moved in a single twenty-one-hectolitre barrel for fifteen months. A wine of unique sense of place and energy, with notes of elderflower, tangerine and salt, a touch of sun-kissed barley and hay. The elegance of the texture and the remarkable length make this one of our favourite Mediterranean white wine.
