Vespaiola from 0.2 hectares of sixty years old vines. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed to stainless steel for fermentation, before being transferred to concrete to rest until the following summer. Pure expressions of a beautiful vineyard planted over volcanic rocks rich in minerals, this luminous white wine shows balance and character. We can't wait to see how this little gem will evolve over the years.
