Sourced from old vines and kissed by a warm summer, Pinot Bianco and Tai Bianco were destemmed and pressed to stainless steel for about ten months before bottling. This shows pronounced notes of fresh herbs, pineapple and citrus alongside a smooth texture poised by chalky tannins and a distinctive salinity.
