A pure expression of the local red variety Groppello, known for the thick skin and strong personality, from old and young vines on the volcanic hills of Breganze. The grapes are destemmed and lefts on the skins for a couple of weeks with no punch down. After one year spent in stainless steel the result is a light and translucent red, with delicate notes of violets and balsamic herbs, a hint of tannins and little spices; a wine that speaks of an extremely balanced vintage.
