Il Moralizzatore

Breganze

Il Moralizzatore is a dynamic duo born in 2010 from the passion of two best friends, Andrea dalla Grana and Enrico Frisone. Respectively a pharmacist and an equine veterinarian by profession, they started the challenge of making wine after years of tasting and visiting cellars all over Italy and Europe; thus becoming the first exponents of the new winemaking wave of Breganze.

Currently the farm consists of three hectares on the hills of Mason Vicentino and Fara Vicentino, located north of Vicenza in the Veneto region, an area of volcanic origin where the soils are composed of calcareous clay over volcanic rocks. The local grape varieties Vespaiola and Groppello di Breganze, alongside the "internationals” Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Nero are grown with the use of biodynamic practices.

The low intervention in the cellar and the small additions of sulphites, just if it's required, leave the wines free to tell about their territorio.
