An elegant Metodo Classico from Chardonnay harvested in 2019 and whole-bunch-pressed to concrete for fermentation. After six months in barrique, the wine rests on the lees for three years. It shows fresh notes of orange blossoms and yellow plums, with gentle, creamy bubbles and a saline, mineral flavour. Disgorged in April 2023. Zero dosage.
