We are very happy to share the latest arrivals from our dear friend Marco Turco.
In the last year, we have visited Marco several times and followed the evolution of the 2021 vintage very closely. He vinifies every plot separately in a mix of fibreglass, steel, concrete and demijohns, showing respect and care for the origin of the fruits. These wines have a distinctive energy that speaks of the volcanic soils of Breganze, translated in a mineral depth that slapped our palate from the first tastes just a few months from the harvest. Today, after almost a year in the bottle, they show a beautiful, layered texture and a bright ageing potential.
Spending time in the sleepy village of Bressanvido, tasting wines in the tiny cantina and enjoying a hearty meal in Marco's parents' garden is a true privilege. We feel lucky to bring his wine to the UK and share their story with you.
