This wild frizzante blends Moscato Giallo and Glera planted on pale clay and marl. The two varieties are co-fermented for five days on the skins and bottled just after with a splash of apple juice, resulting in an explosion of aromatic herbs, orange citrus and salt. The light structure framed by tiny bubbles leads to an endless flavour length.
