Garganega

A unique expression of Garganega from old vines planted in 1970 on the calcareous slope next to the roccolo. After a short maceration with the skins, the wine is pressed into a Tuscan clay amphora to age for nine months. The result is a white wine with notes of dried herbs, citrus peel and ripe stone fruits. The palate displays a distinctive texture fringed by soft tannins and a salty edge. A Garganega like no other.
