Glera from thirty year old vines planted around the cellars on white marl. After three days on the skins, the wine rests for a few months in steel before being added with some quince juice for the second fermentation in bottle. Alberto's "prosecco" is a vertical, refreshing frizzante with gentle bubbles that carry notes of pear, grapefruit and chalk.
