Cabernet Franc

Cabernet Franc sourced from two plots planted on red marl and clay. The whole bunches undergo a carbonic maceration for ten days before being pressed in stainless steel for three months. The result is a bright red wine, showing hints of balsamic herbs, wild berries and cloves. The palate is bursting with fresh notes of blood orange and spices, balanced by smooth, little tannins.
