A new wine from Deirdre and Maurizio, a blend of directly pressed Slarina with a splash of Baratuciat - a local, almost forgotten white variety. The couple farms half hectares of fifteen-year-old vines planted next to their Grignolino in Odalengo Grande. The wine ferments with the skins of the Baratuciat for five days and ages for six months in concrete vats. A gorgeous, bright rosato in the glass, this wine displays fresh notes of pink grapefruit and crunchy berries with a thin palate full of minerals.
