Rosso frizzante blend of Lambrusco di Sorbara, Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco Grasparossa. The wine spends six days on the skins before being pressed in concrete vats. After a few months, it's bottled with a little must of the same harvest to cause the second fermentation. Bright ruby in the glass, a graceful Lambrusco packed with notes of sour cherries and dried herbs, framed by fine bubbles and savoury tannins.
