A singular wine produced by Nikolas in collaboration with his girlfriend Lelle, who usually makes wine in Pfalz, Germany. Ribolla Gialla, "Rebula", from a tiny plot on the terraces of the cru Pradis in Cormons. Harvested in the middle of September, the bunches were crashed in a plastic bucket and left to macerate for about ten days. After being pressed into barriques to rest for around ten months, the resulting wine pours a shining orange shade in the glass, with notes of citrus and herbs, whilst the salty palate is full of energy.
