Named after Davide’s daughter, this is a white wine made of sixty per cent Garganega and forty per cent Pinot Bianco from limestone soils. After a week on the skins, the wine spends eight months in concrete vats. As usual, this is a balanced, joyful white at low abv - notes of orange zest and nectarine with a touch of balsamic and dry herbs - with a more pronounced minerality and richer texture due to the increase of Pinot Bianco in the blend.
