A blend of mostly Serprina and Trebbiano sourced from an eighty-year-old plot planted on red marl. The whole bunches were directly pressed to a 10hl barrel for six months and bottled without any racking. A lively white wine that burst with citrus notes, salty minerals and a reinvigorating acidity.
