This new entry is from a small plot on the foot of the hill, planted with Merlot and some Moscato Giallo on clay. The two varieties were picked together and placed in fibreglass as whole bunches for ten days of carbonic maceration, then pressed in the same vat for fourteen months before bottling. Pale red in the glass, this wine combines complex aromas of wild berries and minerals with a gentle and refined structure.
