Pecorino from a single vineyard of one hectare planted on clayey and marly soils. The grapes ferment on the skins for three days and aged in fibreglass for six months. Lemon gold hue in the glass, with hints of peach and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is intense and persistent, supported by little tannins and restoring acidity.
