A stunning and unique fizzy wine made of Glera variety from vines planted on white marl in the '96. After a short maceration with the skins, the wine rests for ten months in tonneaux before being added with some apple juice for the second fermentation in bottle. With a smooth texture and tiny bubbles, this wine shows a round palate and a savoury length, combining marzipan and grapefruit flavours.
