Cabernet Franc sourced from two plots planted on red marl and clay. The whole bunches undergo a carbonic maceration for fifteen days before being pressed in stainless steel for three months. The result is a versatile red wine, displaying hints of balsamic herbs and red pepper flakes, smooth tannins and a blood-orangy freshness.
