Meaning “Cold Shower”, Doccia Fredda is a blend of Trebbiano d’Abruzzo and Passerina. After twenty days of maceration with the skins for the first and just five for the latter, the two wines were blended in stainless steel and bottled the following spring. A wine for the summer, this vintage shows riper fruit alongside the usual refreshing and lively salinity.
