This vino murato from Marco is a blend of Trebbiano di Spagna, Modenese and a few other Trebbiano varieties. The whole bunches ferment in stainless steel and concrete for seven months before being pressed and bottled. With a straw hue in the glass, this textural wine offers notes of citrus, yellow plums and delicate spices framed by tingly tannins and restorative salinity.
