Mainly Garganega, with some Trebbiano di Soave from old vines planted on pink and white limestone. Fermented with the skins for four days, the wine rests in stainless steel before being bottled with the addition of the must of the same varieties to cause a second fermentation. A vibrant orange hue in the glass, this has subtle aromas of apricot, mandarin zest and minerals, with a hint of tannins and gentle, steady fizz.
