The '22 gorgeous frizzante from Simone and Giovanni is a vibrant rosato made from Tai Rosso fermented on the skins for five days and rested in stainless steel for nine months. A little Tai Rosso juice was added for the second fermentation in bottle, resulting in a col fondo that sings with refreshing notes of red berries and pink grapefruit supported by tiny bubbles and minerals.
