From a sea-facing plot planted on marly clay, Trebbiano, Fiano, Passerina and Malvasia are co-fermented for five days on the skins before being pressed to stainless steel for eight months. The result is a zingy white wine with a pleasing tension, displaying refreshing notes of bergamot, herbs and sea salt.
