A blend of Cabernet Franc from 2020 and Cabernet Sauvignon from 2021, sourced from seventy year old vines planted on the slope next to the cantina. The two varieties ferment for twenty days on the skins before being pressed to old tonneaux for ten months and blended before bottling. A pristine red wine with complex aromas of wild blackberries, dried leaves and oriental spices. The texture combines full tannins with a refined and savoury length, ensuring a long life ahead.
