Lambrusco Grasparossa macerated for six days with the skins. The free-run juice is moved to stainless steel to finish the fermentation, then refermeted in the bottle with some grape must of the same variety. A stunning vintage from Claudio and the highlight of our last visit, this wine burst with floral and citrus notes and the classic hematic character.
