From old and young vines planted over clay and limestone around hundred-fifty metres above sea level, Tai Rosso grapes spent three weeks on skins, before being pressed off to concrete vats for six months. An elegant red with ripe tannins, notes of dark cherries, roses and spices - a pure and fine expression of this native variety.
