Uva Tosca, a blush grape variety, fermented on the skins just for one day. After a gentle press, the wine rests in tank until the following spring before the second fermentation in bottle. The result is a beautiful, lively frizzante rosato with delicate bubbles and crunchy notes of red berries, grapefruit and mountain herbs.
