Moscato Giallo and Pinot Grigio from a small parcel around two-hundred-fifty meters above sea level. The grapes co-ferments on the skins for eight days in steel with no sulphur addition. This wine has a deep and bright amber colour, complex aromas of apricot, zagara, lavender and a hint of spice. The palate is thin and salty accompanied by salivating tannins and minerals. 300 bottles produced.
