Lambrusco del Pellegrino, also known as Lambruscone, destemmed and fermented for three days on the skins. After the second fermentation, the wine spent a couple of years in bottle before release, resulting in a dazzling frizzante with fine perlage and subtle tannins. Brighter and broader than the previous vintage, it shows notes of sour cherries, wild strawberries and earth, followed by the usual lively salinity.
