Erbaluce

An old-school white wine, a rare expression of the local Erbaluce variety. The grapes, sourced from old vines up to a hundred years old, ferment in stainless steel for three months on the skins before being gently pressed into the same vessel for a year and a half. The resulting wine shows floral and balsamic aromatics, an austere character and a complex savoury length.
