Lambrusco Grasparossa from a beautiful plot in San Damaso, forty years old vines planted on a mix of clay and sand. Fermented on the skins for ten days and aged in steel before being transferred to bottles with a little must for the second fermentation. Produced every vintage in ridiculous amounts, Franco is a Lambrusco with enchanting aromatics, all about sour cherry, raspberry, plums and earth. The dry palate adds nuances of red apple and blood orange, immersed in savoury, gourmet tannins.
