From a tiny parcel of Lambrusco di Sorbara planted over sand, this is a rare wine Marco can produce just in exceptional vintages. The grapes here were destemmed and pressed to concrete for eight months before the second fermentation in the bottle, resulting in a lively and precise rosato frizzante with scents of grapefruit, cherry and dried herbs. The fine bubbles and the mineral backbone give this wine a beautiful texture, making it the most intriguing Sorbara we tasted so far.
