A unique white wine, the fruit of the marriage of two demijohns, left two years and a half out in the elements. Made with the local Alionza variety, this was directed pressed to the two vessels and remained untouched until our visit last April. Displaying the complexity of an aged 'sous voile' wine combined with youth fragrance and vigorous minerality, this is nothing like we have ever experienced.
