Fifty per cent Nebbiolo blended with Vespolina, Uva Rara, Croatina and other local varieties from vines up to a hundred years old. After the spontaneous fermentation on the skins in open steel vats, the wine rests in a large barrel for one year. We consider this vintage a masterpiece from Paola and Ivano, a wine of incredible complexity and poise, with notes of earth, bitter orange and gentle spices. The vibrant acidity, firm tannins and balsamic length make it an unforgettable sip.
