Selection of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella harvested in mid-October from forty years old vines. Destemmed and fermented with the skins for one month in steel before being pressed off to a single 25 hl barrel for one year. In line with the previous vintage, this wine shows complex flavours of red berries, citrus and spices, with chalky tannins and a long, savoury finish.
