A rare red wine made from centenary Croatina vines trained with Maggiorina system. Fermentation takes place outdoor in stainless steel, after one month of maceration with the skins the wine is pressed off to a single five hundred litre barrel for one year. Elegant and fresh, with sweet and delicate fruit, a red that surprises with purity and class.
