Garganega from thirty-five years old vines planted on basalt soils in cru Faldeo. The grape bunches are hung from the ceiling on top of the cellar and left to dry until March of the following year. After the fermentation, the wine spent a year in small barrels, followed by a year in demi-john and two years in bottle. Fruit of an excellent, balanced vintage, this sweet wine shows charming hints of candied fruits, hazelnut and ground coffee.
