Selection of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella harvested in mid October from forty years old vines. Destemmed and fermented with the skins for one month in steel before being pressed off to a single 25 hl barrel for one year. Earthy and compact, this shows complex flavours of red berries, citrus and spices, with chalky tannins and a long, savoury finish.
