Santuvario Older Vintages Release

March 2025

Ahead of Paola and Ivano's visit to London this weekend, we are delighted to share a bunch of older vintages from the couple behind Santuvario.

Based in Borgomanero, Paola and Ivano contributed to the rebirth of a historic vineyard in one of the smallest wine regions of Italy, Boca. A site of incomparable charm within the Monte Fenera Natural Park in Alto Piemonte, around five hundred meters above sea level. Their centenary vines, planted on igneous porphyry, basalts and sands, are trained with the ancient Maggiorina system and produce wines of unmatched finesse and concentration.

These latest releases comprehend some stunning vintages we have saved for this special occasion, such as their graceful Lavigna 2019 from ungrafted Croatina vines and the Nebbiolo blend we particularly love, Santuvario 2017.

For the ones who would love to meet Paola and Ivano, they will pour their wines at The Remedy in Fitzrovia this Friday evening, 28th of March, and at The Cellars in Crouch End on the following Sunday lunch.
