The new wines from Fora In Vigna are finally here!
The second vintage from Simone Fanton and Giovanni Bottazzi has magnificent grace and finesse, blessed by a luminous year on the Colli Berici in Veneto.
The fruits for the three wines they produced are sourced from a single vineyard, called Vigna del Roccolo, planted in 1986. The soil here is mainly composed of limestone, high in pH, which gives the wines a distinctive minerality.
Next Monday, November 21st, Giovanni will be pouring his wines at P. Franco in Clapton, and he will be our guest the day after for our trade tasting at Casa Fofò. Two unique opportunities to explore a magnificent land that is still little known.
