Ahead of Alberto's visit to London this weekend, we are delighted to share the latest releases from the talented winemaker behind Faedesfa.
Alberto is farming three and a half hectares of vines on the north slopes of the Colli Euganei, sitted on mineral-rich soils composed of calcareous marl and clay. Next to a group of ancient extinct volcanoes, surrounded by forest and olive trees, these vineyards are bursting with distinctive energy and charm.
Alberto, a man who is one with nature, has never used synthetic treatments in the field or chemical additives in the cellar. Thanks to his clever approach, always keen to learn and open to experiment, he produces wines of unique vibrance and character.
If you'd like to meet Alberto, he will pour his wines at Little Duck in Dalston this Sunday afternoon, 24th of November. The following day, Monday 25th, we will show the wines at Hector's from 10 am to 4 pm for trade only.
