The new wines from the passionate Marco Lanzotti of Angol d'Amig are here.
After five years running the floor of the Osteria Stallo del Pomodoro in Modena and a few seasons training with the legendary Vittorio Graziano, Ca' dei noci and Cinque Campi, Marco started Angol d'Amig in 2013. Initially renting a small vineyard outside the city, Marco now farms six hectares of vines spread across four plots south of Modena. Lambrusco di Sorbara, Salamino, Grasparossa, Trebbiano di Modena, di Spagna and Pignoletto are growing on alluvial soils rich in sand, limestone and clay.
Marked by a wet spring, dry summer and excellent harvesting conditions, the 2022 vintage forged ripe grapes with attractive aromatics and depth of flavours. Thanks to the knowledge and dedication of Marco, the resulting wines are fulfilling and tremendously genuine.
Alongside the new Pulonia, Scaramusc and Contessa, we received a reload of the gorgeous La Banda 2021. We look forward to sharing these with all of you through the rest of this season.
