A blend of native cultivars, the olive trees range from fifteen to one-hundred-and-fifty years of age, planted on the Palizzi's typical pale clay, rich in limestone, around a hundred meters above the sea level.
The uncontaminated land, kissed by the generous sun and caressed by the salty breeze, helps to produce olive oil of incredible character, length, and poise.
